scanmypost lets you access your conventional post securely online from anywhere in the World. It also lets company directors keep their home address details private on Companies House.
Ideal for anyone who regularly receives post at more than one address, or who spends long periods away from home, scanmypost allows you to receive your post in your inbox, rather than through your letterbox.
Because you can choose who you give your new address to, you can still receive non-essential post in the usual way at home, and we'll even filter out any junk mail. Any post sent to us is securely opened and scanned, and a text or email alert sent to notify you of new items. This can then be stored online indefinitely, securely shredded, put into secure storage, or forwarded - all at the click of a mouse.
Company Directors can also keep their home address details out of the public record, by registering a unique service address provided by scanmypost. For just £10 a year, the Director Privacy Service includes up to 5 page scans a year - more than enough for the amount of post you should get. If you do want a more extensive service, our other packages are available.
